Kelly Small Director and Personal Trainer

Kelly, the proud owner of K-Fit Lab, is a highly respected personal trainer with an impressive track record of over 15 years of diverse international fitness experience. She firmly believes in the philosophy of lifelong learning as a vital component to continuously enhance her clients' overall well-being. By offering a combination of knowledge, essential skills, unwavering support, and valuable resources, she aims to guide them through their individual health and fitness journeys effectively.

Currently, Kelly is on maternity leave, and during her absence, Sierrah will expertly manage all training sessions to ensure that clients continue to receive the care and attention they deserve.

Personal Trainer

Originally from the U.S., Sierrah has fully embraced the Kiwi lifestyle over the past six years, bringing with her an impressive total of nine years of experience in the fitness industry to enhance her work. A former Orangetheory coach and studio launch leader in New Zealand, she now dedicates her expertise to conducting private boot camps, small group coaching sessions, and personal training. As a Level 4 Certified Personal Trainer, Sierrah is genuinely passionate about making fitness accessible to everyone, while also ensuring that the journey is empowering and enjoyable. She aims to help individuals celebrate their unique strengths and collectively embrace challenges along the way.

Kelly Small delivers BIG results!

Kelly has been my personal trainer for about 15 months. In that time I have improved my strength, muscle tone and balance.

I usually train twice each week in 45 minute sessions. I am 75 years of age with a number of issues  from past injuries and surgeries. Kelly ensures the various exercises strengthen and do not strain my shoulder and hip flexors.

I like to go cruising  and Kelly provides tailored programmes so I can keep up my fitness while away.
